Suzy Appel

Suzy has been a Realtor for over 20 years, 17 years of which have been selling real estate in Washington County. Suzy spent 10 years doing project sales with emphasis on design and marketing. She spent 5 years; helping design floor plans, designing finishes for each home and marketed and sold those same homes for investors ranging from $300,000 – $3,000,000. Because of her background in building and design, she enjoys listing these types of homes and has listed and sold some of the premier properties in all of Washington County.

Shellee Griffin

Shellee has been a Realtor for almost a decade and has been a resident of St. George Utah for 13 years. Shellee has a full understanding of the Washington County real estate markets, specializes in residential real estate with an emphasis on luxury real estate. Shellee has earned the the Certified New Home Specialist Designation, an advanced education degree. Her tenacious mindset and follow through insures that every detail of the real estate transaction is handled with care and closings occur on time.
