Again, we have featured homes near the St. George Area Parade of Homes this year in the Ledges community.

For the past 23 years, the St. George Area Parade of Homes has given inspiration to homeowners throughout Southern Utah. This year’s Parade of Homes will surely do the same. It begins February 15th through the 24th.

We at the Suzy & Shellee Team will have featured listings close by during the Parade of Homes. One is in The Ledges, a premiere golf course community overlooking Snow Canyon State Park, and the other is in Tenaya Sands in Ivins with the beautiful red rock views of the Kayenta Cliffs.

Holiday Festivities!

On December 8, 2012 from 4-9pm, St. George City will be hosting Christmas Downtown – featuring Christmas lights, live music, refreshments, and visits with Santa!

During the weeks leading up to the festivities, participating businesses throughout downtown St. George will showcase uniquely crafted gingerbread houses. They will be on display from November 24th through December 8th at each business.

Come by anytime before/on December 8th and vote for our RE/MAX Associates gingerbread house; You can cast your vote once a day until December 8th and your votes will be entered into a drawing for various prizes from the downtown businesses. The drawing takes places December 8th at 8:30PM at McArthur Jewelers on Main Street.

Each gingerbread house will be featured in a silent auction on December 8th, from 4-8pm, with every penny from the auction proceeds going to The Children of Hope Academy.
